How soon can I expect my loan to be approved?
It will take a maximum of 3 weeks to get the approval / pre-approval for your loan, subject to submission of all required documents.
Can I apply loan for full payment of Land?
No, our company policy is the client should make a deposit representing the value of the land to be purchased. The difference will be financed by the loan.
